The meditations on this CD set were recorded from Prema Baba Swamiji’s radio webcasts between April and July 2009.

In each of these meditations Baba is leading you in different ways to a state of deep relaxation. The divine light that is emanating from Baba is taking you deep into your true divine being, your inner light. This is Baba’s purpose: to connect you with your own inner self. In this meditation kundalini energy is activated by concentrating on the tingling sensations and vibrations in different parts of the body. Baba is leading you to the Temple of Light, in which you receive purification and rejuvenation.

2. Awareness in the present 55:22

By the deep relaxation in this meditation you are connected deeper and deeper with your higher self. From this place it is easy to have positive thoughts. You can imagine you are looking at this world for the first time, as a child and see all of its beauty and wonders.

3. Into the clear white lake 51:02

Baba is leading you deeper into your soul. Then you enter slowly into the clear white lake. You are immersed in the white light, in God, in your soul and into deeper levels of your mind.

4. A loving world 36:26

After being brought into deep relaxation, Baba is teaching you a beautiful procedure with a star. This star is bringing colours to the chakras and a diamond light into the spine. You connect with other stars and send light to your loved ones and into the world.
